Antoni Arias
Executive Director
Antoni Arias is the Executive Director at Iasist which he joined in 1999 as Consultancy Director. Beforehand, Dr. Arias had worked as a hospital managing director and as a technician and administrator in the hospital sphere and in Primary Care for the National Health Service, both from the perspective of planning services and in their evaluation.
Dr. Arias has a Masters in Epidemiology from UTHSC School of Public Health in Houston (1986) and a Doctorate from Barcelona Autonomous University (1988).
Throughout his professional career he has participated as guest professor in different Master's programmes for Spanish universities and as a researcher in different projects financed by the European Union and in publications with national and international impact.
