Hospital benchmarking in the widest sense: a representative group of different hospitals meet to analyse the results of ad-hoc analyses performed by IASIST and discuss the causes behind the differences between them.
The synergies are multiplied by combining experts in specific areas (our clients) with the experience of IASIST in information management and results analysis. The profiles of those present change depending on the aim of the Club: from heads of department to managers and directors.
No two Benchmarking Clubs are the same as the rules of the game define those present during the first working sessions: they are the ones who decide what to analyse and to what depth, guided by IASIST experts in information.
Although each Benchmarking Club is different, the typical structure consists of three sessions spaced out over a calendar year.
Up until now, nine Benchmarking Clubs have been successfully concluded, in which more than 50 different hospitals have taken part.
