Iasist has been acquired by UBM and will be incorporated into CMPMedica, one of the world’s leading providers of information to healthcare professionals. CMPMedica provides reference data, decision support solutions, news and education to communities of general practitioners, specialist doctors, pharmacist, nurses and patients across 26 countries.

Acquiring Iasist CMPMedica expands its range of healthcare solutions, reinforcing the services to hospitals and incorporating a new range of solutions of high added value. In the future the combination of CMPMedica and Iasist products and services will allow the offering of advanced services to healthcare professionals and institutions.

Iasist has launched recently its Benchmarking services on line in Iberia and the presence of CMPMedica, present in Latin American countries, will facilitate the extension of benchmarking services to those countries.
