At Iasist there is no standard profile: although there are basic knowledge disciplines, each person contributes their experience and skills. After years of vast experience informing on health management decisions if there's one thing we understand, it's that every part of a typically multidisciplinary environment counts.
Team work is imperative. It is completely normal to get doctors, statisticians, economists and computer technicians sitting round a table to tackle the complexity of our projects together.
All our business professionals participate in at least one of the following knowledge areas: management, medicine, metrics or programming. If you think that your profile fits these areas, don't hesitate to get in touch. We measure talent here by the ability to focus on and solve problems, and teamwork skills.
Without strict boundaries, in accordance with the style of our services, there are three major groups of professionals working at Iasist, which you would join on arrival depending on your knowledge, experience and skills.
Consultant
An Iasist consultant has expertise in one or several areas covered by the company's service provision. Although our staff members are typically from a medical background, we also take on economists or computer technicians. They concentrate the level of contact with the client and lead the team internally for each project from start to finish. Occasionally, they contribute their knowledge to methodological development within the company.
Analyst
Our analysts participate in each project in different ways, depending on their experience and specific knowledge. From analytical support to help complete the project to support for project management or customer presentations. Additionally, they have a relevant function in all methodological developments within the company.
Programmer analyst
Programming analysts work on two different lines: on the one hand, the developments required to generate, optimise and provide access to our databases; on the other hand, to operate and display the results derived from analyses carried out against them.
