Aitor joined Iasist S.A. in September 2001 as the Financial Director, reporting to the General Management and the Group's Financial Director. He was responsible for formalising accounting policies and internal procedures, as well as the checks required on all aspects of the company; for financial accounting, drawing up financial reporting and management control and compliance with the business-related legal requirements.

In 2007, Aitor participated in creating Iasist Portugal Lda., and he is responsible for drawing up and monitoring all the financial reports from the Group's subsidiaries on the Iberian Peninsular at a consolidated level, making monthly and quarterly estimations on the detailed results account, monitoring results, drawing up the annual budgets, dealing with external auditors and reviewing legal contracts.

After graduating in Economics and Business Management from the University of Barcelona, Aitor continued his professional career in auditing and finance in the retail sector. Aitor completed his MBA successfully in ESADE in July 2001.
