Iasist is an added value, professional service company which offers health care providers, payers and the health industry the clinical and economic information required to improve quality and efficiency in their organisations and the services provided to their customers.

Data Bases
Iasist has the largest, most detailed and up-to-date clinical databases in Spain and it has direct access to European databases through its sister companies.
The range of information which supports our analyses includes a wide range of variables, from strictly clinical information (for example, diagnoses and procedures for the patients in care, coded using ICD-9-CM or ICD 10, or levels of severity, measured using APACHE or SAPS) and management information (pharmacy prescriptions, access to diagnosis through image, etc).
The added value of these databases is seen later on when they are grouped into different Patient Classification Systems (PCS), depending on the care line. Among these PCS we should highlight all the families of Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG), Adjusted Clinical Groups (ACG) or the Resource Utilization Groups (RUG-III).
